"A highlight of Q4 was the continued margin expansion due to increased operational efficiencies. Our consolidated EBITDA margin for Q4 at 25.46% improved by 60 basis points over the previous quarter. EBITDA margin for fiscal 2006 was 24.33%. Q4 also witnessed the highest-ever recruitment of 3,079 associates, positioning us well for servicing future opportunities," Raju said.
Nipuna, the BPO subsidiary of Satyam, reported revenue of $20 million for FY06 as against a target of US$ 18 million. "We continue to see increased traction in the BPO space, and expect the company to achieve a revenue of $36 million in fiscal 2007 representing an annual growth of 80%," Raju said.
Satyam has projected a revenue growth of 25.2-27.3% and an EPS growth of 18- 20%, as per consolidated Indian GAAP financials, in fiscal 2007.
Ram Mynampati, president (commercial and healthcare), is being inducted into the board as a whole-time director.
