The Supreme Court today admitted an appeal by Reliance Infocomm against a government order imposing Rs 150 crore penalty for violating licensing conditions by diverting international calls as local ones.Reliance Infocomm had earlier appealed to the telecom tribunal, which had upheld the penalty decision of the department of telecom.
