Spanco set to kick off BPO operations in Singapore BPO to start ops soon

Spanco Telesystems and Solutions is set commence its business process and back office service operations in Singapore soon. Clients such as Singapore Flyer, Formula One and Tourism are the latest to sign up with the company.

Sandeep Soni, executive director and CEO, Spanco BPO Services, said, "I am delighted at the rate at which we are growing and look forward to increasing our reach across the Asia Pacific region to extend our domain expertise and knowledge in providing complete BPO and end-to-end strategic outsourcing solutions."

"We are setting up a 100-seater facility currently to cater to our existing clients and would be inaugurating it during the second week of April. The Singapore facility would handle inbound calls," he added.
