The board of directors of Visualsoft Technologies today decided to withdraw the scheme of amalgamation Applabs Technologies and eSolutions with the company with immediate effect.According to a release issued by Visualsoft to the BSE today, Sashi Reddi resigned as CEO of the company consequent to the withdrawal of the scheme of amalgamation. "The resignation has been accepted by the board with immediate effect," the release added.
