NYSE listed WNS (Holdings), a leading global business process outsourcing (BPO) services firm, announced the launch of its delivery centre in Bucharest, Romania. The 150-seat facility in Bucharest will expand WNS' global delivery capability and serve as a near-shore delivery centre for its global clients with European operations. The centre is able to provide multi-lingual services in French, German, Italian and Spanish for clients across a range of industries. At the outset, the centre will deliver finance and accounting (F&A) and customer support services. He previously headed operations in Romania for GE and helped establish the company's operation in Hungary, as well as having previously served as Regional Manager for the consulting business unit of PricewaterhouseCoopers in Hungary.
