BHCA is the measure of dynamic traffic calls that can be completed in an average busy hour. To a subscriber, this translates into superior calling experience, value added services and freebies. This is the first time an Indian technology firm has reached this critical milestone, a release said. |

BPL deployed XIUS' INfinet pre-paid platform, which helped achieve this milestone, it said. |
