Zylog launches mobile, social apps for cloud products

Zylog Systems Ltd, an IT solutions provider and independent software vendor, today announced the launch of its social enterprise and mobile enablement solutions for Microsoft's line of software application product Dynamics, running on the latter's cloud services operating system, Windows Azure.

Zylog is a Microsoft Gold certified partner, a top-level partner for Microsoft in developing and delivering software applications.

The solutions provided by Zylog, as a certified partner of Microsoft, are designed for the latter's Dynamics Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Retail Management System (RMS) products, running on Windows Azure.

Zylog provides CRM and ERP solutions and services to various industry verticals across the globe including manufacturing, healthcare, pharma, banking, insurance, telecom, retail and wholesale sectors.

"Our business and mobile enablement add-on suites is to help the small-mid to enterprise level customers of various industry verticals to handle and better manage their CRM and ERP operations in a faster and cost effective way," said Shiv Kumar, executive vice president, Zylog Systems Ltd.

The social enterprise enablement would support the customers to drive their internal collaboration, marketing and product innovation activities by aligning and integrating the technologies like analytics, social media and cloud to work for the growth of their business, he added.

The social CRM add-on for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 would equip customers on social media empowerment to the marketing, sales, customer support and management teams, by bringing in business social information of an account or contact from various professional social media outlets such as Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn and You Tube.
