Cipla has acquired a drug distribution company, Celeris d.o.o, in Croatia. The company has informed BSE that Cipla Holding B.V., a wholly owned subsidiary of Cipla, has acquired 100% stake in Celeris d.o.o., Croatia. As per Celeris website, the company was established in the mid-2005 and its basic activity was to represent Cipla Ltd.
