Novartis selects HCL for global infrastructure management

Swiss firm will leverage HCL's global delivery model for remote infrastructure management services across its entire data centre landscape, covering more than 70 countries

HCL Technologies, a leading IT services provider, has been selected by Novartis, the Swiss healthcare company, to provide global infrastructure management services. Novartis will leverage HCL’s global delivery model for remote infrastructure management services across its entire data centre landscape, covering more than 70 countries across six continents.

The deal marks an important infrastructure outsourcing contract in HCL’s DACH region, and strengthens the company’s global expertise in infrastructure management within the pharmaceutical sector. HCL is now managing the infrastructure environment of four of the top seven pharmaceutical companies worldwide.
