S Krishna Prasad is CPCL's new director (finance)

Chennai Petroleum Corporation Ltd (CPCL) has informed BSE that S Krishna Prasad executive director, Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) has been appointed as director (finance), Chennai Petroleum Corporation Limited by Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas, Government of India vide letter dated January 6, 2015 for a period of 5 years from the date of his assumption of charge of the post or till the date of his superannuation or until further orders, whichever is the earliest. Krishna Prasad has assumed charge as director (finance) on January 09, 2015.
