Messe Frankfurt India will organise the third edition of Watertech India, an international trade fair for water & wastewater treatment & management, at Pragati Maidan from September 10-12, 2014.
The trade fair will present business opportunities for companies providing solutions for water & wastewater treatment and management. Re-locating from Gandhinagar in Gujarat to India’s largest exhibition centre - PragatiMaidan in New Delhi, the show is expected to attract key public and private sector professionals, government officials and decision makers keen to source wastewater management technologies and equipment.
Watertech India provides innovative sustainable technology and solutions that have the collective support of business, research and government associations. Raj Manek, Managing Director, Messe Frankfurt India, commented, “We have received support from major industry associations and government authorities for the third edition of Watertech India. Their strong backing has strengthened our commitment to provide a platform to identify green solutions that can be implemented at institutional and municipal levels.”
Watertech India is a successful addition to Messe Frankfurt’s history of organising trade fairs on environmental issues such as Water Expo China, Canadian Waste & Recycling Expo, Eco Expo Asia and Building Solar China. The 2014 show will see the launch of three co-located events - Pollutech, Cleantech and Wastetech India covering the complete chain of waste monitoring and management technologies.
