Take Supply Chain, a division of Take Solutions and a supplier of Supply Chain Management (SCM) solution, has launched an updated version of OneSCM, a leading SaaS-based supply chain collaboration software solution focused on helping mid-market companies manage their extended supply chain operations.

OneSCM Enterprise delivers on the promise of supporting global supply chains with the addition of global tax support. OneSCM now provides a variety of tax-related fields that originate from the integrated ERP. When a purchase order is created or changed in the ERP, the information flows into OneSCM for display and verification on the PO and Invoice screens.

This update release also includes web help integrated into the software for easy access to product explanations. The general help is available by clicking on the help button on each screen, while context-sensitive help is available by clicking on the help icon within each module. Web help accessible by users within the application helps improve user productivity and efficiency.

OneSCM also includes greater control over PO Change Acknowledge requirements, enabling greater automation of change communications with suppliers and buyers. Certain fields are monitored as a default for changes and require a PO Change Acknowledgement by the trading partner when changes occur. With this latest release, additional fields can be set for monitoring as well.

Integration with JD Edwards is also now available for collaboration of Purchase Order and Purchase Order Acknowledgment transactions. This expands the reach of OneSCM ERP integration and enables additional support for mid-market companies with mid-size ERPs.

“Mid-market companies, their customers, and their trading partners are increasingly located in different geographies. The additional support of global tax helps both buyers and suppliers maintain clear visibility and real time management of taxes from purchase order to invoicing. Equally as important, we are excited to now support companies running JD Edwards systems with OneSCM’s supply chain management features and benefits,” said Donna Fritz, VP of Marketing & Product Management, Take Supply Chain.
