INEOS and Doeflex Compounding merge PVC compounding businesses

INEOS Compounds and Doeflex Compounding, UK, have agreed to merge their respective PVC compounding businesses. The newly combined business will feature an integrated management team from both entities and will be known as INEOS Compounds.

Completion of the business combination has created a leading European PVC compounds producer with a turnover in excess of Euro 200 million and manufacturing sites in the UK, Sweden and Switzerland.
