Who makes it to NeoNXT?

NeoNXT talent pool consists of handpicked candidates from elite engineering colleges having at least secured a first class qualification. They are also required to clear a stringent interview process that measures their core skill along with their soft-skills.  

A 180-day training programme follows where they are skilled across fundamental, functional, operations & soft-skills. This also includes simulated project environments where they are responsible for actual deliveries. 

Essentially only 5% of graduates make it to NeoNXT.
