GC Media has become one of the few advertising agencies to roll back Covid Salary cut of its employees. Honouring the dedication and efforts of its team that has helped the agency to overcome aftermath of the Pandemic, Agency's Managing Director Mr. Madan Sharma had decided to roll back 5-month salary cut which lockdown had forced upon his team. Employees with basic renumeration did not have any reduction but those earning higher scales saw 30% deductions. While salary of the employees was resorted within couple of months of unlock, the management has now decided to fully roll back the salary cuts also.
Mr. Sharma said: “This is a very small gesture to show my gratitude to the collective and extraordinary efforts of my team. They all are my family; we have been able to stay on tracks and post results even in these worst and difficult times only by working as strong and disciplined squad.”
The year of covid was like a nightmare, but team GC Media has managed to emerge out of it with its strategic and positive approach.
