Plush Weddings is a luxury wedding planning agency conceptualized by the dynamic duo – Utkarsh and Ruchika. This Gurgaon-based powerhouse has planned and executed more than 200 weddings and is now spreading its wings into exciting new and international locations.

Founded by Ruchika and Utkarsh Bansal in 2015, Plush Weddings is a full-service luxury wedding planning and design firm based out of Gurgaon. Utkarsh began his entrepreneurial journey with P3P ventures Pvt Ltd., the parent company of Plush Weddings. It is a marketing communication company. P3P Ventures had the privilege of working with several National and International artists such as Hardwell, Pitbull, Sean Kingston, Edward Maya, and many more. The organization's portfolio boasts premium customers like – Bacardi, United breweries, Michael Kors, Satya Paul, RBL, JSW Steels, Hero cycles, Bira, Carlsberg, and many more. Utkarsh's pioneering bug consistently compelled him to go outside his comfort zone and explore new roads. Post their dream wedding in 2012, Utkarsh and Ruchika realized how much they loved being a part of the wedding journey, and thus Plush Weddings was born!

Since its beginning in 2015, Plush Weddings has executed more than 200 dream weddings, with more than 75 of them being NRI weddings. Utkarsh says, "As a wedding planner, you have to build a very personal connection with the families. You have to envision the fairytale that the couple has in their dreams and turn it into a magical reality." Ruchika adds, "I love getting to know our clients and design to whatever beat they live their lives. The entire process for us is bespoke, as no two weddings are alike. From 'The best wedding locations' to 'What to wear to a wedding?' you have to be ready with a personalized recommendation for everything, and one that resonates with the client."

The COVID pandemic hit the luxury wedding planning industry hard as several soon-to-be-married couples either delayed their weddings or got married on a much smaller scale. That said, since November 2020, the number of events has picked up pace rapidly.
