The solution of the rising problem of getting the process of interior designing of houses simplified for people like them, instead of which he pooled in a sum of 10,000 and bought a rented space that became the makeshift office where the founder and his friends along with a couple of employees began their tryst by working with prospective clients. they were happy to say that within the close to a year of their operations they became profitable which most of the well-funded startups have to struggle to achieve. Their success was to showcase their design and win the good well of the clients and deliver as per promise without any price escalation. Most of their initial orders came through word-of-mouth and slowly the people started to know them through various social media sites and orders kept flowing.
But the business after 11 months began to face some hurdles due to sudden demand for interior works and now working with third-party vendors were causing unnecessary delay and confusion, as they were not able to take up more load, they were initially working without a display and only on posters for client briefs, and the factory and installation was outsourced, after which they realized, if they need to expand their operations, they need to take up the entire cycle of operations on their own hands and subsequently set up a factory and have an experience center to self-start the process in the year 2015.
The firm became profitable within a year since the demand for interior designing services was very high in the Bangalore region and also the knowledge they have in the subject, 2 years later, they opened another showroom in North Bangalore and began leveraging the market.
Due to their impeccable and breathtaking design and production services, the customer retention and satisfaction rate went up and so did the success of their venture.
The majority of sales were run by word of mouth which speaks volumes of their perfection in providing hassle-free online booking of designs and subsequent production of the final look and feel on the spot.
