Vassundara Nattes' Many Avatars Make Her A Force To Reckon With

 

Sky is the limit for someone who believes in everyday being a learning opportunity and Vassundara Nattes embodies this adage better than a lot of her contemporaries. Nattes, who is a multi-tasker right from the word go, is currently the Co-founder & MD of Aeliuscity HR Solutions. She co-founded Aeliuscity along with her friend, Charles Vijay, in 2018. After their relentless campaign of hard work, the company is now a significant stakeholder in the country’s HR Outsourcing and Upskilling business. After all, Vassundara is catering to one of the largest workforces in the world!

Since this visionary business leader is used to wearing multiple hats at once, she is also an Independent Business Consultant for The Holidays Club & Resorts as well as Syncone India Ltd. She is an Independent Associate Partner in the Indian Economic Trade Organization; a Business Promotion Leader for Alcor Mizar Ventures LLP; and a proactive social activist as well. Vassundara works regularly with the NGO DSB Foundation, taking part in its Corporate Social Responsibility programmes. Besides, Vassundara is also a professional counselor, motivational speaker, and a life coach who brings real change to people’s lives. All this she does while holding down the fort at Aeliuscity HR Solutions. It is all in a day’s work for her!

The Beginning

An Engineering graduate from Chennai’s Anna University, Vassundara’s roots lie in a small town called Erode, which is about 400 km from Chennai. Despite her small town beginnings, Vassundara remains a zealous learner to this day. Although she is identified herself as a highly motivated, career-conscious individual over and over, she hasn’t let go of her creative pursuits. In Erode, she honed her skills in the form of dancing, painting and singing. She is a trained Classical singer in Carnatic Music and a trained Bharatanatyam dancer too, for which she has tasted tremendous success in the form of several awards through the school and college years. Once her education was complete, she started working towards a career. In the past 11 years since she entered the workspace, Vassundara has worked with some of the famous MNCs as well as India’s noteworthy organizations. In this process, she has gained expertise across various domains such as technical recruitment, vendor management, consulting, market strategy, Business strategy, sales, business development, and performance marketing. This experience has, in a way, laid the foundation of Vassundara becoming a professional force to reckon with.

The Business Tycoon

Vassundara’s rich experience in the flied of Business Management, HR, Consulting, Stake holder management, Investors and Promoters, has seen her take on several roles promoting the national economy through generating improved opportunities the field of Unemployment and Education. She has been part of the Forbes “40 under 40 list” and her list of awards is never-ending. Some of the main honors that have come her way include “Best HR Leadership Award” by Integrated Achievers; “Achievers’ Icon Award” by BrandOpus; “Indian Achievers Award”; “National Business Leadership Award” by Golden Globe Tiger Awards; “Best HR Leader Award” by Success magazine, etc. Vassundara draws inspiration from the global business icon, Padma Bhushan Indra Nooyi. For her, “Regardless of your position in an organization, challenges are inevitable. My take away from all the challenges has been that you have to be smart and understand the ongoing situation to be able to tackle it. More Than A Businesswoman

What puts Vassundara a cut above the rest in the fields of tech-preneurs as well as women entrepreneurs is that she dons responsibilities other than profit-generation. Vassundara works with a number of organizations for philanthropic campaigns and she also manages to take out time from her busy schedule to contribute to the professional development of others. She has been a Guest Lecture Speaker at various educational institutions across the country, some of which are NIT Trichy, IIMs Kolkata/Rohtak/Sambhalpur, Great Lakes Institute of Management and Amity University in Mumbai. She was invited as the Chief Guest for Women’s Day celebration at the PSNA Engineering College. Besides, Vassundara is also a brand ambassador, ‘Covid-19 Warrior’ and a panelist speaker to Secretary to the Government of Rajasthan’s Higher & Technical Education department. Also, there won’t be many business leaders who would be a district-level basketball player as well as a certified brown-belt holder in Karate or an NSS leader.
