New Zealand vs South Africa Highlights, ICC Cricket World Cup 2023: After centuries from de Kock and van der Dussen got them to 356, Proteas bowlers rolled over Kiwis for 167 to win it by 190 runs

South Africa hammered New Zealand by 190 runs at the Maharashtra Cricket Association Stadium, Pune on Wednesday, November 1 in match 32 of the ICC Cricket World Cup 2023. Having posted a mammoth 357/4, the Proteas bowlers rolled over the Kiwis for 167 in 35.3 overs to wrap up the game. Keshav Maharaj was the pick of them all, finishing with figures of 4/46 while Marco Jannes got 3/31. Gerald Coetzee picked two and Kagiso Rabda one with Glenn Phillips (60) top-scoring for the Kiwis. Earlier Quinton de Kock and Rassie van der Dussen scored centuries while David Miller hit a fifty to get the Proteas to 356/4 in their 50 overs.

New Zealand captain Tom Latham won the toss against South Africa and decided to field first. With Lockie Ferguson injured, Tim Southee was brought into the Blackcaps’ playing 11 while Tabraiz Shamsi made way for Kagiso Rabada in the South African playing 11.
