Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC allots 1,306 equity shares under ESOP

Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC has allotted 1,306 equity shares under RSU under ESOP on 20 March 2024. Consequent to the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company shall increase from Rs 1,44,04,49,535 (i.e. 28,80,89,907 equity shares of face value Rs 5/- each) to Rs 1,44,04,56,065 (i.e. 28,80,91,213 equity shares of face value Rs 5/- each).
