JK Lakshmi Cement announced that the stock exchanges i.e. NSE and BSE have issued their observation letters with 'No Objection' to the proposed composite scheme of amalgamation and arrangement between the company, Udaipur Cement Works, Hansdeep Industries & Trading Company and Hidrive Developers and Industries and their respectively shareholders and creditors.
