JSW Energy receives affirmation in ratings from India Ratings

JSW Energy announced that India Ratings and Research has opined that the proposed acquisition of 100% interest in O2 Power Midco Holdings and O2 Energy SG and their subsidiaries, by JSW Neo Energy (a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company), remains credit neutral for the Company. The ratings from India Ratings stands at IND AA/Stable/IND A1+.
