Power Finance Corporation incorporates WoS - 'Fatehgarh II And Barmer I PS Transmission'

Power Finance Corporation announced the incorporation of a special purpose vehicle (SPV), 'Fatehgarh II And Barmer I PS Transmission' by its wholly owned subsidiary, PFC Consulting.

The SPV will be transferred to the successful bidder after the completion of the bidding process. The successful bidder selected through the bidding process would develop the project.
