UTI Asset Management Company allots 1.02 lakh equity shares

UTI Asset Management Company has allotted 1,02,444 equity shares under ESOS on 26 November 2024. Post the aforesaid allotment, the issued and paid-up share capital of the Company shall be increased from Rs 1,27,54,38,020 (12,75,43,802 equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each) to Rs 1,27,64,62,460 (12,76,46,246 equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each).
