Initial public offer of up to [*] equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each (equity shares) of Equitas Small Finance Bank Limited (Bank or Issuer) for cash at a price of Rs. [*] crores (the offer) comprising of a fresh issue of up to [*] equity shares aggregating up to Rs. 280.00 crores (the fresh issue) and an offer for sale of up to 72,000,000 equity shares by Equitas Holdings Limited (the promoter selling shareholder, and such equity shares the offered shares) aggregating up to Rs.
