The Offer for Sale by the Selling Shareholder of 5,758,290 equity shares of Rs 10 each. The offer would constitute 26% of the paid up capital of the Company. Government Of India (GOI) has decided to fix 'Floor Price' instead of 'Price Band'. The floor price fixed by the GOI is Rs 620/- per equity share of Rs 10 each.
