Initial public issue of 1,00,00,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each (Equity Shares) of RBZ Jewellers Limited (The Company or the Issuer) for cash at a price of Rs. 100 per equity share (including a premium of Rs. 90 per share) (Issue Price) aggregating to Rs. 100.00 crores (The Issue).
