Stitched Textiles Ltd IPO Details

Intial public offering of 2,20,00,000 equity shares of face calue of Re. 1 each (Equity Shares) of Stitched Textiles Ltd (The Company) for cash at a price of Rs. 22 per equity share (including a share premium of Rs. 21 per equity share) (the Issue Price), aggregating Rs. 48.40 crores (Issue) of which 11,00,000 equity shares of face value of Rupees Re. 1/- each for cash a price of rupees Rs. 22 per equity share aggregating to Rs. 2.42 crores will be reserved for subscription by the martket maker to the issue (The Maket Maker Reservation Portion). The issue less market maker reservation portion i.e. issue of 2,09,00,000 equity shares of face value of rupees Re. 1/- each for cash a price of Rs. 22 per equity share aggregating to Rs. 45.98 crores is hereinafter referred to as the Net Issue. The issue and the net issue will constitute 27.27% and 25.34% respectively of the fully diluted post-issue paid-up equity share capital of the company.The face value of the equity shares is Re. 1 each and the issue price of Rs. 22, i.e 2.2 times of the face value of the equity shares.

To meet the incremental working capital requirements. General corpoate purposes.
