Gwalior (MP), May 06(ANI): A convict lodged at Gwalior Central Jail, cuts off his genitals while offering prayers at a temple inside jail premises on May 05. He was admitted to hospital. Deputy Jail Superintendent Prabhat Kumar said "He was offering prayers. Suddenly he stood up and cut off his genitals with a spoon used for havan."
