Manmohan Singh participates in democracy's biggest festival

New Delhi, Feb 08 (ANI): Former prime minister Manmohan Singh on February 8 exercised his right to vote at Nirman Bhawan in New Delhi Assembly constituency. He was accompanied by his wife Gursharan Singh. Election on all 70 seats in Delhi is being held today, while the results will be declared on February 11.
