Lucknow (Uttar Pradesh), Oct 10 (ANI): Uttar Pradesh Cabinet Minister for Health Sidharth Nath Singh, on Tuesday, called Congress Vice-President Rahul Gandhi a boy who does not want to step out of his diaper.
