New Delhi, Feb 12 (ANI): Vice President of Vietnam, Dang Thi Ngoc Thinh arrived in India on February 11. She is on a three-day state visit to India from Feb 11-Feb 13. During the visit, Dang Thi Ngoc Thinh will call upon President Ram Nath Kovind.
