Veer Savarkar's grandson hits back at Rahul Gandhi over his jibe
Mumbai, Dec 14 (ANI): Grandson of Veer Savarkar, Ranjit Savarkar reacted over Rahul Gandhi's statement during a public gathering at Ramlila Maidan in New Delhi. Rahul Gandhi during rally said, "My name is not Rahul Savarkar, won't apologise for the truth."Ranjit Savarkar said, "I am glad that Rahul's name is not Savarkar." Rahul Gandhi should be glad that his grandmother Indira Gandhi removed her 'Nehru' surname. He further slammed Congress Party and said 'they worked under Britishers after the Independence'.
