Separate school board for Delhi: A welcome step for students?

Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal recently announced the setting up of the Delhi Board of School Education (DBSE). The Board will have a Governing Body, chaired by the education minister, along with an executive body for day-to-day functioning, which will be headed by a CEO.
