Saudi Arabia reportedly wants to move IPL into a holding company and acquire a significant stake in it. And that stake’s worth could be as high as 5billion Dollars. Reports also claim that the kingdom’s de-facto ruler wants to expand IPL into other countries, on the lines of the English Premier League. But why do Saudis want a piece of IPL pie?
