Israel said Sunday that the body of an Israeli-Moldovan rabbi who went missing in the United Arab Emirates has been found after he was killed in what the government described as a heinous antisemitic terror incident. The statement from Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's office said Israel will act with all means to seek justice with the criminals responsible for his death. Zvi Kogan went missing on Thursday, and there were suspicions he had been kidnapped. His disappearance comes as Iran has been threatening to retaliate against Israel after the two countries traded fire in October. The Emirati government gave no immediate acknowledgment that Kogan had been found dead. Kogan's wife, Rivky, is a US citizen who lived with him in the UAE. She's the niece of Rabbi Gavriel Holtzberg, who was killed in the 2008 Mumbai attacks. The Chabad Lubavitch movement, a prominent and highly observant branch of Orthodox Judaism, said Kogan was last seen in Dubai. A video circulating on social med

A 31-year-old man has been arrested for allegedly making a hoax call to Mumbai Police on the anniversary of the 26/11 terror attacks on Sunday and claiming that three terrorists had entered the city, an official said. Preliminary investigation suggested that the accused, Laxman Nanavare, was under the influence of alcohol when he called up the police at around 10 AM on Sunday. "The caller informed the control room that two to three terrorists had sneaked into Mumbai city, following which we immediately launched an investigation," the official said on Monday, adding that the information was found to be false. The location of the caller was traced to suburban Mankhurd and he was arrested on Sunday evening, he added. A case was registered under section 505 (1) (b) (with intent to cause, or which is likely to cause, fear or alarm to the public, or to any section of the public) of the Indian Penal Code.
India faced terror attacks and infiltration of terrorists under the Congress-led UPA regime, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Sunday said, adding the country's stature has now increased on the world stage under Prime Minister Narendra Modi. A day after he said that Hyderabad should be made 'Bhagyanagar' changing its destiny for the better, Adityanath said Mahabubnagar should be re-established as Palamuru. Mahabubnagar is also known as Palamuru. Addressing rallies in poll-bound Telangana's Mahabubnagar district and corner meetings in Quthbullapur and L B Nagar in the city, he said the country's borders have been secured under PM Modi's leadership. He recalled that terrorists carried out India's worst terror strike on Mumbai on this day (on November 26, 2008) when the Congress-led UPA government was in power at the Centre. "There were terror attacks and infiltration of terrorists during the Congress regime, but today terror attacks and infiltration of terrorists cannot
