Eleven people standing outside a family gathering on Saturday night were shot including a young girl who was killed in what Chicago police believe was gang-related violence on the city's South Side, police said on Sunday. A person jumped the fence outside the FBI's Chicago field office and began throwing rocks at the building on Thursday morning, authorities said. No injuries were reported in connection with the incident and Rob Sperling, a spokesman for the Federal Protective Service, said that the person was detained and taken by Chicago police to a hospital for evaluation.
