Former Rajasthan chief minister Ashok Gehlot on Friday said Prime Minister Narendra Modi had an opportunity to send a message against untouchability by getting the consecration at Ayodhya's Ram Mandir done by Dalits and tribals instead of putting himself at the forefront.
