Pioneer Distilleries

Pioneer Distilleries, Tilaknagar Industries, IFB Agro Industries, Khoday India, GM Breweries, Som Distilleries and United Breweries were rallied by upto 10% on the BSE in intra-day today.

10 equity shares of Rs 2 each of USL, will be issued for every 47 equity shares of Rs 10 each held by shareholders of the Pioneer Distilleries.

The company reported a net profit of Rs 208 million in Q4FY18 against a net loss of Rs 112 million in year ago quarter.

Empee Distilleries, Tilaknagar Ind, Radico Khaitan, GM Breweries and United Breweries were up 1%-13% on BSE.
