With an inventory of more than 75,000 beds, Stanza Living is the managed accommodation provider of choice for students and working professionals migrating to 23 cities across the country

The company had about 50,000 beds as of March end 2020 with per bed rents in cities including Delhi, Bangalore and Hyderabad ranging from 3,000 rupees ($41.31) to ₹25,000 per month

The firm currently has a combined capacity of 10,000 beds spreading across Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune and Coimbatore for this new segment

Founded in April 2017, Stanza Living recently raised Rs730 million in an investment round led by Sequoia India
