Arif is hardly four feet tall, but is adept at teaching Garba, a
traditional dance performed by women as part of the celebrations during Navratri that will go on for nine days from tomorrow.
Arif, who hails from a poor Muslim family, started to take keen interest in
the dance when he was just three years old.
