Car modifications - where do you draw the line?

rted head, apart from a free-flow air intake system. It looks very tempting to own, especially since I am in college and the car is being offered at Rs 1.5 lakh.  My dream cars to own are the Honda Beat, the Suzuki Cappuccino or the Toyota Sera but obviously, I cannot afford any of these. My friend has advised me against the 800 though, saying that it is unsafe. What do you recommend?
