Sanjay Dutt, who was granted bail by the Supreme Court today in the 1993 Mumbai blasts case, would be released from the Yerawada jail here only after the jail authorities receive the Tada court order.

A top jail official told PTI that the apex court order granting bail to Dutt, who has been sentenced to six years imprisonment under Arms Act, would be routed through the special TADA court in Mumbai as was done earlier when he was granted interim bail.

The process could spill over to tomorrow evening by which time Dutt's lawyer is expected to come to the jail with the necessary legal documents, he added.
