LG Electronics has launched the Digi Direct "" India's first DTH (Direct-to-Home)-ready television with an inbuilt DTH decoder. LG Digi Direct can receive free-to-air channels, that is 33 TV channels and 12 radio channels (including 2 FM). |
The product is expected to complement the services provided by the DTH service providers in the country. LG has currently introduced two models of 21" and 29" flat, while one model each in 20" and 21" in the conventional category will be introduced in March. |
The LG team developed new hardware to integrate the DTH decoder with television hardware. The result is that normal television and DTH can now function with the same remote. |
The LG Digi Direct TV is being promoted as a user-friendly TV set since it does not need a separate set top box and remote control for DTH. |

The maximum aperture is a respectable f/2.8 at wide-angle and f/3.1 at full telephoto. A lens-adapter ring that ships with the camera lets you mount accessory wide-angle and telephoto converters as well as 55mm filters. |
