Best work moment:
The day we opened the first Blush Clinic. My dream was realised.

Books on your bedside:
Skincare and beauty books; fashion, lifestyle, astrology and travel magazines; biographies of people I admire.

Massage or workout to de-stress:
100 per cent massage! I sometimes even take two massages in a day when I’m on holiday.

Designs that have caught your eye:
Homes with serene water bodies and Buddha statues. I love the koi pond at Singapore’s Changi airport.

Your IT tools:
iPad3, a Blackberry and Sony Vaio

Favourite spirit:
Light, fruity Vodka-based cocktails

Favourite perfume:
Michael Kors’ signature fragrance

Favourite wine:
Off-dry white wines. Pinot Grigio, Riesling and Sula Chenin Blanc.

Favourite champagne:
Only popped on special occasions and, of course, Dom Perignon!

Your sleeping ritual:
I don’t get much time during the day, so I like doing a little stretching before bedtime, watch television and pray every night for 10 minutes. Then I wait for Cuddles, my cocker spaniel, to jump onto my bed before I really go to sleep.

Favourite TV show:
I can watch re-runs of Three’s Company over and over again. I enjoy watching dance competitions on television and a few Hindi soaps too!

Best gift received:
A Rolex watch from my husband.

Favourite cuisine:
Indian food and more importantly, home-cooked food. I love seafood.

Where do you like to sit when being driven? Upfront with driver or back seat like a memsahib?
Left-side corner in the back seat.

On a plane do you network, sleep or catch up on films and reading?
Catch up on films and reading.

Fancy coffee or masala tea?
Cappuccino laced with hazelnut.

What do you cook on your day off:
I’m impatient by nature so I like recipes that are quick. I especially like whipping up desserts

Do you fill customer feedback forms? Why?
Yes. I believe that feedback is always constructive in any field, regardless of its being positive or negative.

Are you a beach or mountain person?
Mountain! Specially if there’s a spa!

What’s your fragrance?
Tuberose and anything with jasmine notes.

You get your work clothes from:
Zara, Dolce & Gabbana, Armani, and any other stores that appeal to me on my travels.

The shoemaker you trust?
I don’t have a staple really. But I love Ferragamo’s, Todd’s, Gucci Fendi and these days my Fit Flops, which come as a welcome relief to my tired feet.

Gels, oils and lotions you swear by:
I genuinely love the products that we use at Blush, some of which we retail as well within our clinics.

Your favourite eveningwear?
Nothing comes close to a sari.

What’s your weekday breakfast like? And weekend?
Bottle Gourd juice, fruit and coffee. Sabudana khichdi or eggs and toast on the weekend. And lots of coffee.

Your current set of wheels:
A Mercedes S Class.

In the car is it sleep or cell for you?
Only the cell! I’m always strapped for time so I try finish off all my phone calls while I’m commuting.

Favourite café:
Vista at Taj Land’s End and I like the coffee at Costa Coffee.

Favourite restaurant:
Mezzo Mezzo for the food and because it holds great memories; Goa Portuguesa for seafood.

Your workout regime:
Pilates on and off, asthenia yoga a few times a week.

Your favourite motto:
Get into the other person’s shoes and you will get your answer!

God for you is:
The Supreme who is unfailingly there when the going gets tough, who you can share your worst fears with, who will never think you are greedy if you ask for more, who you take for granted to be your troubleshooter.
