PNC signs 3 film deal with Sony pictures

Pritish Nandy Communications (PNC), a film production house, signed a three film deal with US-based Sony Pictures. These films will be made in India as a co-production between PNC and Sony Pictures, said the company in a release to the Bombay Stock Exchange.

Details of the three films will be released subsequently, one of which Raghupati Raghav Raja Ram is in the last stages of being finalised between the two firms.

"The co-Production deal is a major breakthrough for Indian cinema and brings together Indian talent and international studio expertise to optimally exploit the global opportunities that exist for our kind of movies," said Pritish Nandy, chairman, PNC.
