To not have a Diva is now unimaginable, and to not have Dalmia wisecracking her way through a roomful of diners at Diva is in the realm of the incomprehensible. In a perfect world, all you would need is Dalmia at Diva cooking up something esoteric, flavourful, even eccentric, while you relax with a book in hand.
