Three Anil Ambani group firms, including Reliance Communications, today said their respective promoter holdings had been restructured through transfer of shares among group companies. Reliance Capital and Reliance Power are the other two group firms that saw a shuffle in promoter holdings.
In a disclosure to the Bombay Stock Exchange, Reliance Power said one of its promoters AAA Project Ventures Pvt Ltd had transferred over 170 million shares or 7.16 per cent stake through inter-group transactions equally between AAA International Capital Pvt Ltd and Reliance Enterprises & Ventures Pvt Ltd.
Pursuant to the share transfer between the promoters, AAA Project Ventures now holds over 618.9 million shares or 25.82 per cent stake in Reliance Power, while AAA International Capital and Reliance Enterprises and Ventures hold 7 per cent each.
