Three senior executives from the Ashok Wadhwa-promoted Ambit Corporate Finance have resigned to float their own investment banking firm, Mosaic Capital Services.
The executives include director Vinay Shah, director, vice-president Ashutosh Ghanekar and Vikram Bihani, a manager at Ambit. A top Ambit Corporate Finance executive confirmed the development.
Shah and Ghanekar were the founding members of Ambit Corporate Finance when it was set up in 1997. Prior to joining Ambit, both of them worked with Wadhwa at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture).
