3i Info net up 57% to Rs 16.3 cr

IT solution provider 3i Infotech reported 57 per cent growth in net profit at Rs 16.3 crore for the third quarter of the current financial year as against Rs 10.38 crore posted a year ago.

Total revenues stood at Rs 114.3 crore with a 52 per cent y-o-y growth, the company said in a release. "Excluding the revenues from the acquired companies, revenues for the quarter grew by 43 per cent.

Century Enka slips into the red

Century Enka, manufacturer of nylon and polyester filament yarns, reported net loss of Rs 6.84 crore for the third quarter ended December 2005 as compared with net profit of Rs 4.03 crore for the same quarter last financial year.

Total income, however, grew to Rs 254.31 crore from Rs 219.99 crore, the company informed the Bombay Stock Exchange.

Corp Bank net dips 29% to Rs 115.07 cr

Corporation Bank reported 28.83 per cent decline in net profit at Rs 115.07 crore for the third quarter ended December 31, 2005, as compared with Rs 161.69 crore recorded in the corresponding quarter of the last year.

However, total income increased 1.41 per cent to Rs 783.48 crore from Rs 772.52 crore last year, the bank informed the Bombay Stock Exchange.
